*Terms and Conditions for the Dell x Orbital Studios: Unreal Fest Power-Up Raffle

1. Eligibility

1.1. General Requirements: The Dell x Orbital Studios: Unreal Fest Power-Up Raffle (the “Raffle”) is open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

1.2. Residency: The Raffle is open to legal residents of the United States. We regret that we are unable to ship prizes outside of the U.S., and individuals residing in other countries are not eligible to participate.

1.3. Employees and Affiliates: Employees, contractors, and affiliates of Orbital Studios, Dell Technologies, their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

2. How to Enter

2.1. Entry Method: Participants can enter the Raffle by completing the electronic form above.

2.2. Entry Period: The Raffle entry period begins on September 30th, 2024 and ends on October 3rd, 2024 (the “Entry Period”). All entries must be received by 1:00 pm PDT on October 3rd, 2024.

2.3. Limit: One entry per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.

3. Prize

3.1. Description of Prize: One (1) winner will receive a Dell computer valued at approximately USD $4,700. The specific model and specifications of the laptop will be determined by Dell Technologies.

3.2. Prize Delivery: The prize will be delivered to the winner’s address within 3 weeks of the announcement of the winner. Prizes can only be shipped to addresses within the United States.

4. Selection and Notification of Winner

4.1. Winner Selection: The winner will be selected through a random drawing conducted by Orbital Studios from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period.

4.2. Notification: The winner will be notified via email within 1 day following the drawing. If the winner does not respond within 1 day of the notification, an alternate winner may be selected.

5. General Conditions

5.1. Compliance: By participating in the Raffle, participants agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations and with these Terms and Conditions.

5.2. Publicity: By entering the Raffle, participants grant Orbital Studios and Dell Technologies permission to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

5.3. Disqualification: Orbital Studios reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these Terms and Conditions or engages in any conduct that may harm the integrity of the Raffle.

5.4. Modification or Cancellation: Orbital Studios reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Raffle if necessary, including due to technical difficulties, fraud, or other factors beyond its control.

5.5. Liability: By participating in the Raffle, participants agree to release and hold harmless Orbital Studios, Dell Technologies, and their respective affiliates, partners, employees, and agents from any liability, claims, or actions arising from participation in the Raffle or the use of the prize.

6. Privacy

6.1. Data Collection: Personal information collected during the Raffle will be used in accordance with Orbital Studios’ and Dell Technologies’ privacy policies.

6.2. Data Sharing: By entering the Raffle, participants agree to the collection, use, and sharing of their personal information as described in the privacy policies.

7. Governing Law

7.1. Jurisdiction: The Raffle and these Terms and Conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
